Jaguar Yoga is a way of experiencing asana as a technology to clear out past imprints (samskaras). Each posture is approached as a gateway to healing dysfunction by clearing the meridians and promoting stabilization of the endocrine system. The somatic and restorative practices offered are accessible to all.
